Burst Guard Plus Water Connector 450mm

The BOSTON BurstGuard+ Water Connector includes a patented device which shuts off the water supply when the water connector leaks at over 9 litres per minute (as occurs with burst hoses). This flexible hose is 450mm in length with superior polymer braiding to prevent rust damage. Suits hot & cold water with an operating temperature up to 90 degrees Celsius for greater heat resistance. Higher operating pressure to resist bursts (up to 1200kPa or 174psi). PEX inner tube with 8mm bore for longer life and improved strength. 7 year product warranty from the date of purchase. IMPORTANT: When the connector is first installed, or when water to the property has been turned off, the tap or mains must be turned on extremely slowly before the first use. After that, the tap and water connector can be used normally. Adding this step should resolve any false triggers.  Please note that this connector is not recommended for areas with very high water pressure, as the pressure could cause the device to shut off unintentionally. If your BurstGuard+ device does shut off, it can easily be reset for further use.
