COVID-19 CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

The health, safety and well-being of our consumers, customers, staff and the wider community are our top priority, and we’re continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic very closely.
Our product supply chain from overseas & within Australia is functioning extremely well and has not been adversely impacted to date. We have business contingency plans in place to ensure we can maintain product supply and operations.
We’re keeping our FIX-A-TAP teams up to date on what we can do to help slow the spread of the virus and have implemented the following precautions:
Restrictions and containment – we’ve stopped all International business travel as well as non-essential business travel within Australia
Business Meetings – we are recommending that business meetings be conducted using online digital meetings
Self-reporting – anyone who has recently travelled outside of Australia is required to self-quarantine for 14 days
Healthy Habits – we are encouraging our staff to practice appropriate healthy hygiene practices
Formal reporting – In the event a staff member does test positive for COVID-19 we have measures in place to support our people to seek medical treatment and self-isolate
